We also transcribe individual calls. You can use the widget to record a specific call with a customer. Upon completion, we will send you the results and link to the report.
Additionally, we connect the bot for online meetings. From the card, you can share a link to join the meeting. Our bot will join, record the meeting, and the link to the report will appear in the card as well. We support Zoom and Google Meet.
How is this implemented in the amoCRM interface?
The widget is located on the right side of the client's card. Through this widget, you can easily send a link to an online meeting or start recording a call within the card. It also displays the remaining minutes of your connected tariff plan.
To connect with an online meeting, please provide a link to the meeting in the "Link to Meeting" field. Then, click "Record Meeting". The bot will automatically connect within one minute. After the meeting ends, a report will be displayed in your card within five minutes.
If you want to process a previously recorded call, select the relevant entry in the "Processing" section and click "Start". Your recording will be immediately sent for processing and the result will appear in your card in five minutes.
To process funnels, please go to the widget settings. There, you can select an existing funnel and activate it for transcription. This is how we transcribe previously recorded calls and we will also transcribe future meetings from this funnel.
How to connect the mymeet.ai widget in amoCRM?
It only takes 5 minutes to set up the widget. Here's what you need to do:
Go to the amoMarket and search for "mymeetai" or use the direct link to the widget.
Register on the mymeet.ai website and select and pay for a package of minutes.
Go to your Profile Settings on mymeet.ai and copy your API key.
Add your API key to the mymeet widget in amoCRM.
The widget is free to test. After registering on mymeet.ai, 180 minutes are available to you to process calls for free. This should be enough to test the performance on a sample of 5-10 calls.
