We have developed and implemented new AI reports using template mechanics. These reports allow the neural network to adapt to the specific needs of a meeting and provide more value. We have created reports for sales, HR managers, researchers, and project managers. In this article, we will explain you how to use these reports to streamline your work.
Why we built it: Maximizing value and prompt-engineering
Now, most users use mymeet.ai as a reliable transcription and summarization tool. We have trained modern models to efficiently convert speech into text and create concise content. At the same time, our mission with the GenAI product, mymeet.ai, is to use neural networks to simplify routine tasks and add new value. The new AI-generated reports are intended to provide additional value and automate processes, which is what mymeet.ai is all about.
A transcript is not always the final result, and some users upload it to a neural network, where they use their own prompts to bring it to the desired outcome. We have used our expertise in prompt-engineering and the needs of our users to create meeting reports that perform the primary analytical part of the work, leaving professionals with only the decision-making part, which neural networks will not be able to replace for a long time.
In each report, we used advanced prompt-engineering techniques to ensure that the results were stable for any length of time and for different types of meetings.
How it works: mymeet.ai will provide you with meeting analysis
We have conducted more than 1,000 iterations of optimizing old and new prompts in order to maximize the potential of modern models. By focusing on the most popular user segments, mymeet.ai has collected six reports:
Default meeting: summary and tasks.
Sales meeting: client’s goal and needs, bloсkers and open questions, a separate follow-up for communication of agreements with the client.
Sales Coaching: analysis of objections, risks, call quality, recommendations for the manager.
Research: brief information & summary, positive insights and negative insights, Q&A Summary
Team Sync: super summary and meeting notes by people
HR Interview: brief information about the candidate, motivation, education, skills, career path, analysis of responses, Q&A Summary.

Who can access the reports and how to start using them?
The reports are now available for all users. To access them, you will need to register and upload a meeting through a web site. You can do this by uploading a file, or by using a bot to join an online meeting in Zoom or Google Meet . Once you have uploaded a file or joined a meeting using the bot, you can choose the report you need based on the type of meeting you are attending or the tasks you need to complete.
The result of the AI report execution itself is located in the "AI Report" tab, which is located next to the transcript of the meeting.
You can find out more about each report by clicking on the "Browse templates" button. You can use only one AI report per meeting.
What's next: The development of AI analytics in mymeet.ai
In addition to improving the existing reports, we would like to add some new ones. If you would like to help us by sharing your feedback on the reports that you would like, please use the Google form provided at the link below. We will use your input to update the existing reports and add new ones in future updates.
Templates are not everything. In the next updates, we will continue to develop this mechanic and add:
1. The ability to independently analyze the transcript of the meeting with custom prompts. This will allow you to directly send prompts to the transcript in our interface, for example, to create a list of questions that were not answered.
2. Prompts for ready-made AI reports. This can be useful if you want to create an email based on any of the reports, for example, based on the "Command sink" report.
