Hello! This is an overview of the 2.6.4 update for our product. Now, mymeet.ai offers synchronized speaker editing, 11 comprehensive AI reports, and updated meeting summary emails.
Synchronized Speaker Editing
The 2.6.4 update improves speaker data management. Changes to a participant's name now automatically apply to all related elements, including reports and tasks. This streamlines working with materials and ensures their consistency. Previously, renaming only affected the transcript, which could cause confusion.
New Reports: AI Analytics in mymeet.ai
In our earlier article on initial reports, we covered the rationale behind creating them and how they work.
With this update, we’ve added two new reports:
Medicine – Helps organize patient data by extracting complaints, forming medical histories, case histories, and gathering factual information from conversations.
Protocol – Suitable for summarizing formal meetings. For each discussion topic, it determines the context, required actions, responsible individuals, and deadlines.

Users with Pro and Ultra plans can apply up to three different reports to a single meeting.
Every user can contribute to the platform's development by filling out a dedicated feedback form to suggest ideas for new reports.
New Meeting Summary Email
The post-meeting summary email is now more informative and user-friendly. The main improvement is the ability to open the report directly in the app via the email, saving time and providing quick access to essential data. Previously, emails were text-only.
What’s Next? Plans for Future Updates
Enhancing AI analytics remains a priority for mymeet.ai. Our plans include not only improving current tools but also expanding their capabilities.
Upcoming updates will feature:
AI Meeting Chat – Transcript analysis based on queries. Users will be able to interact with meeting texts by entering prompts directly in the interface.
Updated PDF Report Design – The layout will be more user-friendly and include additional helpful information.
New Integration: Kontur.Tolk – Functionality will enable bot connection to meetings, similar to what’s implemented in Zoom and Google Meet.
